Marketplace role, accounts, and Listings
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Anyone creating an account, submitting a Listing, or acting for another person must have the legal authority to do so.
Military Real Estate provides a property-listing marketplace and educational resources. It is not a real estate brokerage, property manager, lender, appraiser, insurer, law firm, government agency, or party to a transaction. Owners and agents using the Lister capability act independently. Users are responsible for choosing qualified professionals and independently verifying identity, authority, property condition, ownership, price, availability, location, measurements, schools, neighborhood information, financing, insurance, taxes, contracts, and any other fact material to a decision.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly update information that changes. One Lister account does not create an agency, office, team, staff, subordinate-agent, or broker hierarchy. A Lister must have authority to advertise each property and must keep every Listing accurate, current, lawful, and free of misleading or discriminatory content.
- Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent ownership or authority, or submit false or misleading information.
- Do not publish unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, infringing, dangerous, malicious, or deceptive content.
- Do not scrape, probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or interfere with platform operation.
- Do not collect or misuse another user’s personal information or use inquiries for unrelated solicitation.
- Housing Listings and communications must comply with applicable fair-housing and nondiscrimination requirements.
Content, moderation, availability, and responsibility
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Military Real Estate a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the marketplace and your Listing. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.
We may review, request changes to, reject, suspend, unpublish, archive, or remove accounts, Listings, inquiries, or content that violates these terms, creates risk, is no longer accurate, or is otherwise unsuitable for the marketplace. Moderation does not mean that Military Real Estate verifies or endorses a Listing, Lister, user, property, or transaction.
The platform and its content are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee a sale, rental, inquiry, response, match, valuation, loan, allowance, relocation result, uptime, or uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Military Real Estate is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform or dealings between users. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Third-party websites and services are controlled by their providers and may have separate terms and privacy practices. We may change the platform or these terms as the marketplace evolves. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions may be submitted through the Contact page.
- Lister content may be moderated, but moderation is not verification, endorsement, inspection, or professional advice.
- Users deal directly with independent owners, agents, lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals they choose.
- Platform availability, Listing availability, and user responses are not guaranteed.
- Applicable legal rights that cannot be waived or limited remain in effect.
